At Buntings E&P, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing

• All in-stock items are processed within 1–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Pre-order items require additional time and are typically dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

• Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Method

• We currently offer Standard Delivery only, sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

3. Delivery Time

• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to postal service delays.

4. Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £100.

• Orders under £100 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking may not be available for all Royal Mail 1st Class shipments.

• If tracking is provided, details will be sent via email after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues

• If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

• Claims for missing or delayed items must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

• We cannot guarantee recovery of orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
